These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Caber Sure Fit Inc.’s online store (“vendor”).  By placing an order through the vendor’s online store, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms.

Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through the vendor’s online store, Caber Distributors may verify your method of payment and shipping address before processing your order. The vendor may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by the vendor until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Caber Sure Fit Inc. makes every effort to provide up-to-date information relating to products and prices, but does not guarantee the accuracy of such information. Product information is subject to change without notice.

The vendor’s online prices are not intended to represent the prices of products at retail stores.  Prices at retail stores are set by the retailer.

Security and Privacy
The vendor’s online store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol. ("SSL”) for the transfer of data over the internet.  When placing an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is the displayed URL that will always begin with "https".

Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order with one of the following major credit cards, Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®. Please note that “Caber Sure Fit Inc.” will appear on your credit card statement.

Your credit card will not be charged if we decline to accept your order. If your card has been charged in error, Caber Sure Fit Inc. will process a full refund.

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day via Canada Post/ Expedited Delivery within 3-10 business days, depending on your location within Canada.  If you would like to check the status of your order, simply call 1-800-520-3152.

In the event your shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days after the date of your order, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may cancel your order. If you choose to do so, we will issue a full refund.

Sales Tax
Caber Sure Fit Inc. collects and remits sales taxes, as required by law, on all purchases made through its online store as it appears on www.protectabed.ca.

Warranties
The only warranties Caber Sure Fit Inc. provides regarding all products purchased through the online store are those warranties, if any, set forth in the product documentation on the reverse side of the package enclosing the product.  Please refer to each product for its specific warranty information. 

Return Policy
You may return any product purchased through the Caber online store within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided the package has not been opened.  You’re required to send the product back to us, at your full expense, in its original packaging at the following address:
