CABER DISTRIBUTORS INC. ACQUIRES SURE FIT HOME FURNISHINGS LTD.TO CREATE CABER SURE FIT INC.
Bernard Weinstein, President, Caber Distributors Inc., is pleased to announce that Caber Distributors has acquired Sure Fit™ Home Furnishings, Ltd., and the company will now be called Caber Sure Fit Inc.
Caber Distributors is a Canadian company based in Markham, Ontario, that is Defining the Sleep Zone™ by providing healthy sleep solutions for the entire family with its exceptional bedding products. For over 50 years, Sure Fit™, a Canadian company based in Ajax, Ontario, has manufactured and distributed fashionable, top quality ready-made slipcovers for a wide range of upholstered sofas and chairs.
